The Oslo Energy Network is an advisory board with leaders from the offshore and renewable energy industries i the Oslo region, seeking to link established technology and knowledge with new energy opportunities.

As a part of the efforts to increase coopeartion among the leading actors in Oslo's energy and environment cluster, the Oslo Renewable Energy and Environment Cluster (OREEC) was established in 2006. OREEC is a network organisation that focuses on wind, solar, hydrogen, waste management and bioenergy. OREEC works to promote and develop education and R&D, internationalisation, commercialisation and network-bulding within the fields of renewable energy and environmental technology.
