Norwegian record attendance at BIO11 in Washington DC

BIO International Convention is of one the largest annual global events for the biotech industry. Nearly 50% of the Scandinavia Pavilion exhibitors this year are from Norway, while Sweden, Denmark and Finland fill up the other half.

All together Norway will present 24 well established biopharmas and exciting new start-ups, together with the key support organisations and networks.

Along with well-known cancer companies there will be newcomers in the blossoming neuroscience, industrial and marine biotech fields. The companies will take part in the Business Partnering and at the same time exhibiting at the Scandinavia Pavilion.

Program
On Monday June 27th the Scandinavians will kick-off in the evening and there will be a breakfast-meeting on Tuesday with global Pharma arranged by Oslo Cancer Cluster, in collaboration with Cancer Bio-Santé from France.

On Wednesday 29th, the participants welcome all visitors to a mini seminar about Scandinavian Neuroscience, at 3 -3.45 pm in the Scandinavia Pavilion followed by a reception, or “Scandinavia Mid-summer Party,” at 4-6 pm.

Meet representatives from the Norwegian life science sector at the Business Forum Partnering or at Scandinavia Pavilion Booth 4525, Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
