How do we avoid having our health care system break down in the near future? How to faster develop solutions and make an ageing population as independent as possible? What lessons can be learned from other countries?

To mantain the present quality og health services to the population in Norway in 2030, 80% of all students in the country would have to choose a health related education. Furthermore, the hospitals are going to run out of beds in existing hospitals in as little as five years. In one of the most high-tech countries in the world, the development of products and solutions are going to slow and private-public partnerships are still rare.

Innovation in eHealth is not just about the technology and products, but whom you collaborate with and how resources are mobilized to contribute to healthy outcomes for patiens.

To adress these issues, representatives from industry, public health sector, universities and politicians from around the Baltic Sea Region are meeting up in Oslo in April to learn about local and international solutions, find business partners and take part in discussions.
