Learning and sharing for a better future

PfC is a neutral platform inspiring cross sector partnerships for creating effective social change. By bringing together some of today’s most inspiring change-makers, and highlighting the power of collective impact, we hope to break down the silos and show that sharing and cooperation will benefit the entire society.

The annual Nordic PfC conference aims to raise awareness in the Nordic community about the responsibility as well as the power of each and everyone of us to foster social innovation.

We show how individuals have changed society in the past, how they continue to do so and how social entrepreneurship can be an even more effective agent for sustainable change in the future.

• We inspire potential philanthropists and give them the tools and knowledge they need to move forward with their dreams and ideas.
