New in Oslo? Or lived here for a lifetime? The guide you need to find splendor off the beaten tracks has just arrived.

A new edition of the Oslo Guide, ”The Poor Man`s Connoisseur Guide to Happy Living in One of the Most Expensive Cities in the World” has just been published. It aims to reinstate the Connoisseur’s elaborate knowledge of where to find content rather than cost, and expert knowledge about everything appealing to the senses. It gives you the necessary clues to fine dining, blissful boozing, scenic splendors, potent underground culture, a booming live music scene, and a guide to Oslo as a life-lover`s Garden of Eden. Nothing less.

The Guide is published by by:Larm, Scandinavia`s biggest music conference, in collaboration with The Association of Music Interests in Oslo. The initiative behind the first edition came from by:Larm, which settled in Oslo in 2008 after a decade on the road around Norway. Here they found the most active live-music scene in the North, with more live performances than any other Nordic city. The first two editions of the guide were huge successes, with more than 50 000 copies distributed around the world. And to help you explore Oslo by your fingertips, the Connoiseur guide will soon be launched as a free App for iPad and iPhone.
